A high-altitude aperitivo-dinner designed to savour the local area at a relaxed pace, with rustic specialities, local products and the simple pleasure of spending time together outdoors. The golden hour will set the scene for a convivial and laid-back moment, while the music selections by Radio 51 will accompany the sunset with just the right energy.

6 p.m. Rustic aperitivo-dinner featuring local products, curated by Laboratorio Gastronomico Luzzani

• Barley salad with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs
• Rustic frittata with mountain herbs
• Potato and alpine cheese pie
• Rye bread with alpine cheese and local speck
• Bread crostone made with Storo flour, smoked trout and chives
• Yogurt with red berries

Later golden hour at high altitude with music by Radio 51.

For the first 100 registered participants, one complimentary drink: spritz, beer or soft drink.
