At Nudole alpine hut, in the Daone Valley, you will have the opportunity to discover the peculiarities of an animal with extraordinary charm: its character, its feeding, the care and cleaning of its mane. You will also have the opportunity to climb on its back and let yourself be carried away. The ancient art of cheese-making
Do you know how cheese and butter are made at the malga? Join us at the alpine hut and witness at first hand the ancient art of cheese-making. In addition to the demonstration, you will have the opportunity to visit the cowshed, where milking of the cows takes place, and the premises, where dairy products are produced and stored.
Yoga at high altitude
The opportunity you have been waiting for has arrived at Baite alpine hut! An experience through which you can become more aware of your body, surrounded by a wonderful natural setting, together with Simona Bordiga, a certified Yoga teacher. At the end of the lessons, a delicious breakfast with typical products will be offered to all participants.
