A day to be experienced at the slow pace of the mountains, among wide-open views, the aromas of alpine huts and the authentic flavours of the local area.

Nature will provide the setting, with its silences, its colours and that fresh air that invites you to slow down, observe and share. An experience designed for adults and children alike, where taste meets tradition and discovery becomes an opportunity to come together.

9:30 a.m. Nature walk with panoramic views to Bocca Cablone, suitable for everyone
12:30 a.m. Lunch at the alpine hut curated by Chef Salvotelli

Menu | Adult main dish:

  • Charcoal polenta with local cheeses and mountain herbs
  • Salami with butter and vinegar
  • Cabbage with cumin
  • Alternative option: pasta with tomato sauce.

To follow, a dessert prepared during a live show cooking session with Pastry Chef Marco Salvotelli:

  • Corn, mascarpone and strawberries

2 p.m. Activities and workshops for families curated by MUSE – Science Museum

For the first 100 registered participants: free dessert tasting and a kite for children!
